Chateei-me com a Hertz/Arlanda/Sweden

Ontem, na Hertz/Arlanda, fui atendido por uma tontinha louraça ... com sentido de humor, no mínimo, dúbio. Para além de não me ter feito o upgrade na classe do carro a que tenho direito, devido ao Golden Member 5 Star card que tenho, ainda por cima, sacou 4500 SEK do meu cartão de credito, como se o carro não estivesse segurado contra todos os riscos. Mesmo que não estivesse, nunca me fizeram semelhante idiotice com a Hertz, aqui ou na Bélgica. E já tinha alugado anteriormente 2 vezes apenas com seguros contra terceiros, aqui na Suécia. Na Bélgica sempre aluguei com seguro contra terceiros.
Como resultado, escrevi um email a apresentar queixa e a perguntar porque razão estava a ser tratado daquela maneira.
No email disse que estava a considerar a hipótese de anular a minha reserva para a semana seguinte. Já anulei. Reservei um carro com a Budget.
Com a Hertz na Bélgica, sempre fui tratado 5 estrelas. Aqui, já por duas vezes me tramaram. Agora foi realmente demais. Decidi mandá-los às iscas!

Dear Hertz/Arlanda

My name is Joaquim Bernardino (Hertz Gold Plus Reward Five Star number: 60043746).
Last night (23-02-2014 at 23h00m) I was at Arlanda hertz to rent a car, as usual. I have been doing this every week, since the beginning of January 2014.
For some reason, and for the second time, my car rental was not upgraded. This time I rented a economical car and I was expecting to get a Ford Focus or similar.
The first time a situation like this occurred was a couple of weeks ago. That time I rented a Volvo v40 and I got exactly the same car.
So for this I ask: Does it make sense to have a Hertz Gold Plus Reward Five Star and not enjoying the benefits you advertise at HERTZ.COM ?

More, and this, MUCH MORE SERIOUS, yesterday, I informed the lady from Hertz that my rental was fully covered/fully ensured, as you can see from my reservation below. Even so, HERTZ deducted from my credit card the amount of 4500 SEK. This is a first time that HERTZ does this to me. And I was c costumer of HERTZ in Belgium, before Hertz in Sweden/Arlanda.
In Belgium, I never had any reasons to complain. Here, on my 7th time renting with HERTZ/Arlanda, I already have two situations which I consider I was not treated properly being this second time much more serious than the previous one.
Thus my complain.

As a result, I’m considering canceling my reservation with Hertz/Arlanda for next week, and eventually, not using your services again.

Could you explain me why I was treated this way?
